Traditional Mobile Screener

Scalping Screen

Our rugged scalpers with there open double-deck design can quickly and effectively sperate large particles up to 24" from fine particles. This give our customers the ability to create suitable fill material or save a fortune in hauling and disposal costs. In addition, screening wood, concrete, and other contaminates from dirt allows for proper disposal of the different waste products saving you in disposal costs.

TROMMEL SCREEN

Although trommel screens are known for there versatility, it is the ideal method of screening to removing organics such as limbs, sticks, brush, and grass clods from soils. Despite not have the throughput capacity of there screen deck counter-parts, trommel screens are much more effective as it tosses and tumbles material while passing through the drum to obtain an accurately sized product. In addition, the spinning drum keeps objects like sticks and large limbs from getting stuck in the screen and causing jamming, eliminating much of the downtime associated with screening material of awkward shape.
