SMS Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. Program description: DDM Materials, Inc. ("DDM") sends operational text messages to the freight carriers it contracts with. Messages include requests to price a haul, dispatch order details, requests to confirm the number of trucks committed to a load, and reminders about those requests. This is not a marketing program.
2. How to enroll: A DDM employee sends the carrier a link to DDM's text message consent form. The carrier enters their own mobile number and ticks a consent checkbox that is not pre-selected. The carrier then receives a one-time verification code by text message and must enter it before any other message is sent. A carrier may alternatively give written consent by signing a hauler agreement containing a text messaging consent clause. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or continued business relationship with DDM.
3. Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on dispatch activity.
4. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. DDM does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
5. How to stop: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply START to opt back in.
6. How to get help: Reply HELP to any message, or call DDM at (940) 726-1122.
7. Wireless carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. DDM's Privacy Policy is at https://www.ddmmaterials.com/privacy-policy
